TITAN12 Return & Exchange Policy

At TITAN12, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you’re not completely happy with your order, we’re here to help with returns and exchanges.

Change of Mind Returns
We accept returns for change of mind within 14 days of receiving your order, provided the item is:
• Unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
• Tags are still attached
• In original packaging where applicable

For hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges on underwear, bodysuits, or sale items (unless the product is faulty).
Return shipping costs for change of mind returns are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a tracked service, as TITAN12 is not responsible for items lost in transit.

Exchanges

We happily offer exchanges for a different size, colour, or style—subject to availability.
To exchange an item, simply:
1. Email support@titan12.com.au with your order number, the item you’re returning, and what you’d like to exchange it for.
2. Once approved, send the item back to us in its original condition.
3. When we receive your return, we’ll ship out your exchange item. If the requested item is out of stock, we’ll offer you a refund or store credit instead.

The customer is responsible for return shipping. We cover the shipping of the new exchanged item back to you (for Australian orders).
Faulty Items
If you believe your item is faulty, contact us at support@titan12.com.au with:
• Your order number
• A description of the fault
• Clear photos of the issue
Under Australian Consumer Law, you are entitled to a replacement, refund, or repair if a product is faulty, not as described, or not fit for purpose. Faulty returns will be processed free of charge.

How to Return or Exchange

1. Contact support@titan12.com.au with your order number and reason for return or exchange.
2. We’ll respond with return instructions and our return address.
3. Send the item back in original condition.
4. Once received and inspected, we’ll process your refund, store credit, or exchange within 3–7 business days.
